У многих компаний могут быть характеристики, которые сдерживают рост или снижение котировок. Есть множество примеров, когда акции какой-то компании росли или падали на новостях о смене руководителя. Менеджмент и качество менеджмента — немаловажный фактор для фундаментального анализа.
Чтобы использовать их для сравнения и при построении математической модели, аналитики, как правило, переводят их тоже в численный вид, используя оценочную систему баллов. Дедукция — это применение общего правила к частному случаю. Например, снижение цен на золото вызывает снижение доходов у золотодобытчиков. Если мы наблюдаем на биржах снижение золотых котировок, то вероятнее всего доходы золотодобывающих компаний упадут и в этот раз. Дедукция применяется, например, и в сравнении мультипликаторов.
В то же время должны учитываться и прошлые политические события, поскольку они могут влиять па текущую ситуацию в стране. В России приватизация, которая сохраняет свой эффект в экономике страны и по сей день. Сильная экономика положительно воспринимается инвесторами, которые будут готовы больше платить за национальную валюту. В свою очередь сильная валюта, благодаря ее возросшей покупательной способности, стимулирует экономику. Влияние роста цен на валюту зависит от того, является ли страна чистым импортером или экспортером.
Также надо учитывать налоги и возможности (ИИС, к примеру). Просто попробуйте поработать на российском рынке серьезно и поймете, что стереотип относительно рынка США давно не актуален. Лично я торгую оба рынка и могу сравнивать, в 2021 рынок РФ мне понравился на порядок больше. Фундаментальную стоимость компании инвестор оценивает по прибыли, дивидендам, темпам роста, соотношению заемного и собственного капитала. На этом этапе он рассчитывает свободный денежный поток, проводит анализ рентабельности капитала и пытается спрогнозировать темпы роста компании. Технический анализ, наоборот, исходит из того, что нельзя учесть все факторы, которые могут повлиять на цену.

Кроме того, нет никаких гарантий, что недооцененные акции рынок оценит справедливо в будущем. Компании могут приукрасить отчетность, из-за этого инвестор может неправильно оценить справедливую стоимость акций. А непубличные компании вообще не предоставляют инвесторам необходимую для анализа отчетность. Инвесторы покупают такие ценные бумаги, потому что считают, что компания недооценена и в будущем стоимость активов сильно вырастет.
Собственно, если Вас интересует российский рынок, то читайте их (и заодно попросите их писать почаще) – это реально топовый уровень, который я бы вообще прятал за платной подпиской. По тональности и контенту ближе к WSJ, но все равно ценное. Читаю его главным образом ради комплексного анализа каких-то экономических явлений вроде засилья розничных инвесторов на бирже или кризиса американской розницы. Macrotrends — сайт для анализа финансовых показателей компаний, торгующихся на бирже в США и не только, но российских компаний там нет. Алоизий, я считаю, что фундаментальный анализ – это математика + творчество. Ну а творчество у каждого свое, и тут не может быть единого рецепта.
